2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• All original seals, labels and accessories must be intact.

• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or a video showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and guide you through the replacement or refund process, as applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Opened or used beauty and personal care products

• Products with broken or removed hygiene seals

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

This does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the next steps.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method. The time required for the refund to reach you may depend on the payment provider.

Do not send products to an address without receiving confirmation from our team.
